To fight climatic changes, Vice President Joe Biden candidate of Democratic presidential decided to spend $2 trillion and cut down carbon emissions from electric power entirely (zero) until the next five years (approx).
Joe says that his climate plan will be released by Tuesday, and it will also create many job opportunities with energy-efficient buildings and electric cars that will be an upgrade in the country’s infrastructure and a pleasant climate.
Biden also said that “There’s no more consequential challenge that we must meet in the next decade than the onrushing climate crisis. Left unchecked, it is literally an existential threat to the health of our planet and our very survival.” It looks like Biden is also planning to include the U.S. car industry for building electric-powered vehicles that could replace gasoline-based cars.
Chief executive of API (The American Petroleum Institute) Mike Sommers said, “You can’t address the risks of climate change without America’s natural gas oil industry.”
Biden’s plan will guide for too many new job options and a better clean- energy for better communities.
Biden also added, “ When Donald Trump thinks about climate change, the only word he can muster is a hoax. When I think about climate change, the word I think of is jobs.”
Biden’s plan for climate change has some lack of points by which many liberals and progressive Democrats are disappointed as they believed for more.
Republican congressman Steve Scalise and Mike Kelly, two supporters of Trump said,” Biden is pandering to liberals and that the middle class will bear the brunt of the Biden Plan through higher energy bills.”
White House has not reacted to Biden’s Climate Change Plan yet. To revive the economy of the U.S. stalled by the Coronavirus is also a part of Tuesday’s fight for The Bidens climate change plan.
