The Bhadra district, where a 5-hectare public hospital is built, looks like the sea, far from the city center, and the infrastructure is poorly developed. Therefore, the launch of the hospital is ointment in the hearts of the people.

Last year the Congolese branch of the “Publish What You Pay” coalition regretted that none of the 77 health infrastructure construction projects budgeted for nearly 10 billion CFA francs (மில்லியன் 15 million) in 2019 had been completed.
